Default How Thinking Changes Your Brain and Physical Abilities

Thought this was an interesting video: http://gizmodo.com/5976994/how-think...?post=56363997

Since I'm only playing once a week does thinking and dreaming about playing tennis count as practice? If so, I'll be a pro in no time!

It's also interesting that they point out that while the people who practiced using visualization did not improve as much, they quickly caught up once they were able to actually practice. I've been really surprised on the weeks where I've gotten to play twice, where I notice a significant improvement vs. my usually "once a week" tennis form. For example, I hit for an hour with a a good friend of mine and when I got to my tennis clinic at the end of the week, it felt like I couldn't miss.
