I've thought the same thing- it would be really good to finally know. Although the players might prefer otherwise given their friendship.

It's the only time I've seen:
1) Evert not shake hands with the umpire
2) Evert throw her racket down
3) a wimbledon crowd boo the result
In my mind she was robbed
But it is what it is.........
