Not true. Ask any real athlete. There is a very fine line between training, competing, and injuries. Most high level athletes are always pushing it to the limit. Injuries are part of their reality. Managing them is part of their main concerns. Sometimes they go too far.

Its easy for you to say it should not happen at all because you have no idea the physical rigour required from your lawn chair.
