Thanks for bumping this up,I just read the whole thread with great interest and am going to try a modified p90x in spring. My goal at the end of last season was to train hard all winter for better fitness and injury prevention in 2013. I stumbled on a book called "Testosterone Advantage Plan" that I used to design a routine. It is basically a middle aged man's guide to eating and weight training written by Men's Health magazine that I found on Amazon used. I supplement the weight training with once a week casual tennis and twice a week hot yoga, the yoga has been an epiphany, wow. I have experienced dramatic results in just two months and it has motivated me to maintain a high level of fitness with new goals. I am anticipating a great tournament season in 2013, all good stuff for us old guys (I am 45 this week, wonder what the average age is here?)
