If you are into Men's Health magazine they released a program recently called Speed Shred. It kind of mimics some of the spartan workouts they publish. Most workouts are only 30 minutes long. It is not as expensive as p90x and it was a lot of fun. Very functional exercises that utilize hips, core, and shoulders, as opposed to standing around doing curls. The guy who runs the video is pretty funny too.
