I think your forehand is very good.
Tracking the ball with both hands in front. Shoulder turn, hand separation. Wait with take back until ball bounces. Weight transfer as you hit up and across, finish with other shoulder to net.
I am a MTM coach and I dont think at all you should hit more through the ball as you rally from baseline.
maybe your hand at the end of backswing should go a bit higher. Now it ends just above hip level. You can very well take it up to shoulder level and that way get a more pronounced up[down[up swing path to the ball.
It just looks a bit lazy as you move passively and as your partner hit slow balls.
I agree, the forehand is fine...now go to the other strokes....and maybe fitness, agility etc.
