Twice now, I've had a meal from Cracker Barrel and after 1.5 hours went to play and played great. The meal was Roast Beef w/mash potatoes and gravy, corn and carrots. Carbs and protein with some fat... maybe a bit more fat that I'd want, but it's good and I don't go hypoglycemic during the match and play like crap. lol
