Tsonga and Berdych had better years in 2008 and 2010. They made Major finals then. Their level of play was higher back then.

And one would have to be deluded to think Nadal is not in decline. He's still got Majors in him but he is in decline.

About Djokovic, his best year will always be 2011. His level of play in 2012 and 2013, so far, looks nowhere near as good. That is decline. Federer started to decline in 2007.
