said, they simply have no desire to catch anyone. If someone gets a silent ban then they must have been very very naughty indeed. Like by winning a grand slam dirty. A six month time out in the corner should teach them a lesson but it doesn't because they know they can get away with it again and again and their reputation will remain unsullied.
