The one you barely have time to eat while stressing in a hot restaurant kitchen and then have to abandon when a new order comes in, and then when you go back to eat it it's stone cold, but you feel worthy of it.
Also, a thick steak, cooked rare, with a nice salad, fries, and bearnaise sauce. Or if you want to be posh, beef Wellington. Also a lover of toast Skagen (kinda local actually, Skagen is basically only it's name)
