I have a Tennis Tutor ball machine that I've had for over 10 years. Their support has been great the entire time.

Recently, I sent them an email asking about what I had to do to get some replacement wheels (the ones on the bottom for rolling from car to court & back) One of my wheels was pretty chewed up...

Next thing I know, I get a phone call asking to confirm my mailing address. A few days later, a package arrives with the new wheels free of charge.

You just can't beat that!
