You make a good point. Its only since I started really trying to whip my wrist around on these forehands that I have had wrist pain. I'm tempted to try an extra overgrip to increase the size and almost force and train myself not to do that.
Either that or just concentrate on not doing it.
Ive recently noticed that there is a Shock Shield overgrip now available.....I wonder what thats like?
