The weight transfer is more up into the ball then forward into it like the first serve. There is no right or wrong answer here. More power with less kick, ball toss more in front, more kick, less power ball toss must be behind you, right around your left ear if you are a righty. I am more in favor of tossing the ball behind, in front will not allow you to transfer your energy up into the ball enough which is what you need for a good kick.
