Sorry to hear about that. I just spoke to our warranty department, and they said you can send the shoe in through your retailer (yes, for the insole). If there is any issue with your retailer, email me email@example.com
and the specific name/location.
The Propulse 4 got a new sole, which should offer an increase in durability. The Propulse 3 was the first Babolat shoe I really liked, and the 4 build well on the progress we made. I've only played about 10 hours in them, so I can't speak to long term durability from a first hand experience quite yet.
