Obviuosly things didn't go exactly per Hoyle!
The main gripe was the lack of timely communication between seller and buyer during the first shipment attempt.

After that issue got ironed out, the seller added some extra swag to the deal as an act of contrition at no additional prompting by the buyer as far as I can tell by the notes posted.

Buyer got the racquet as advertised, which is always of paramount importance, plus something extra as compensation for the delays and untimely communication.

Case closed, time to move along to somebody else's dilemena.
