I'm a pretty big guy, not tall but strength wise and am pretty good at generating my own power so I can always compensate by stringing lower if the frame itself is low powered, I'm mainly concerned with comfort at this point. I don't hit with too much spin either so if the power is a bit on the lower side it's only going to help me keep the ball deep but not out.
I wanna recommend you to try Tour versions rather than Rebel 98 if you can generate your own power and look for more comfortable rackets;18x20 for more control and 16x18 for more spin.
Tour is a very arm-friendly racket and its feel is so different compared to other rackets. You must demo first before buying it.
