I workout every day during the week, and once on the weekend. Sometimes twice a day, for at least 1.5-2.5 hrs each session. I really do everything, running, stationary bike, weights, core. I think it's important to try to make sure you are fit in every aspect of the game, and that's where a good fitness trainer would come into play.
