I have seen a lot of value in kettlebell work. It tends to be relatively light weight, higher volume, and promotes hip drive which is of huge importance in all tennis strokes. Make sure that you get an instructor to teach the movements before you start on a program though, incorrect movement patterns can be dangerous.
