I'll didn't read the full report, but do kids get better grades, aspirations, etc. because of tennis or does tennis attract kids who have better grades, aspirations, etc.? When I was in high school, our tennis team had a very high average GPA, whereas the football team was probably much lower. If some of those football players all of a sudden started to play tennis, would their GPAs go up? I doubt it.
