I mainly do pull ups, squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, lunges etc and a core session for tennis. Its all about improving my skill and technique at the recreation/league level where I am at currently, but training for tennis does make me feel better and give me a training focus. I don't do any agility or speed training as it'll hardly make a difference. Its helpful to see what the pro's do in their off court sessions as its good to throw a couple of new exercises into the mix.
