I really like this list. However, I would easily take Murray's, Mecir's, and Wilander's backhand over guys like Lendl and Vilas. I think all three hand better return of serves off that wing, better passing shots, and better lobs. Maybe they didn't quite hit with as much pace as say Lendl (esp Wilander's) but I think their backhands were just more solid.

I'm pretty sure if you ask guys like Mac, Edberg, or Becker if they preferred to attack Lendl's and Vilas backhand or Murray's, Wilander's or Mecir's they would prefer the former. Stich's backhand over Wilander's? Really?

Mancini shouldn't be on the list at all. Yes he had a great backhand but it wasn't proven over time and pressure situations.

Many consider Murray's backhand the second best in the world right now. To have him placed that low on this list is a huge disservice to this generation.
