Yea wood weights ranged from 350+ grams for "light" all the way to over +450 for a "heavy"......look for a light or light/medium maybe a medium. Even they are heavier - due to the head size and weight distribution it's not that bad to what you are used to with modern frames.
Would you recommend going for "heavy" to build shoulder/arm strength? I don't have problem swinging the Prince Woodie at ~13-14oz.
