Definitely a realistic goal, imo. The more the merrier.
But get rid of that "If". There's no trying, only doing. Trying is lying. We will do something every day, no matter what, toward our goal ... even if it's just an hour of shadow swinging, exercises, running in place, meditation, etc., etc.
At least that's the plan.
