That is, one is adding an external insole that was not part of the original design of the shoe. Many people like me will think that insoles are for the better but could it be the opposite?
Could never add insoles in any shoe : Addidas Barricades, Nike CB 4.3 etc. My feet felt cramped.

Replacing, like the other poster was saying might be an option though...Having said all of that I do have some gel insoles, but never bothered to replace the ones the shoes had.
