Back in the early 80's, "Vector" connotated a Head head shape/size that was roughly 10% larger than Standard. In addition to that nice wood/graphite composite, there was an aluminum model (with the novel string lock grommet system, so one wouldn't have to stop playing when a string broke!), and the Graphite Vector, an excellent performance racquet which was overshadowed by the Graphite Edge. (The Edge series was 20% larger than Standard; Director series, 30% IIRC.)
