Over the past 18 months I've been suffering with stomach injury, the injury to my stomach all that time ago was a tear to my abdominal and since them it's never been the same.
The thing is its not to do with my serve as every time I encounter a problem it's to do with hitting a high two handed backhand
I'm wondering what can I do reduce the likelihood of having stomach problems again, it would be nice to be able to hit my strongest shot (backhand) without having to constantly worry whether I'm gonna cause damage
