Something that helped me was going barefoot around the house and in the yard. But when the PF went away and I started training hard, I picked up an injury in my foot that hasn't gone away. I'm hoping my feet are just out of shape from being sedentary for a few months. So I got some good hiking shoes and I'll pursue that through the warm months. If my feet get any worse, I'll get checked out by a sports medecine doctor. Take it easy on your feet when the PF goes away.
