Walking is something you can and should do every day. At least a couple of miles. Take a camera with you. Make it interesting. Gradually increase the distance. Learn to love it. Walk, jog a little, hop around, whatever. Keep in mind that every step you take is another step toward your goal. What's uncomfortable and maybe tedious now is what's helping us to reach our mutual goal of peak fitness.
