OP, I understand. One of my regulars in my hitting group moved to another country and another is injured. Meetups can be okay sometimes but also maybe asking coaches if they have students that are looking to hit. Asking at a bunch of tennis clubs too. I'm sure you'll find some people to hit with.

Also, don't hesitate to ask a teaching pro for leads right after a lesson. I've done this once and started hitting with his student right there & then.
