Unless you have an unbalanced diet, there's not really any need to be taking B12 in the form of '5 hour energy' with all its additional caffeine.
I do have an unbalanced diet after partying with my friends though. Lack of B12 = hangover. Supplement of B12= no hangover in my experience.
