Stand 30' back from the wall, crush a topspin groundies about 6' high at the wall, move in to 16' distance from the wall, switch to continental grip and volley it 40" off the ground at the wall.
Repeat procedure a few hundred times a day.
Better to have a partner fire groundies into your court while you're standing just inside your own service line.
