Speaking of bbq. I grilled a large squid the other day. Just used oil, lemon juice, and S&P. It's really good. Got the idea from one of Bourdain's visits to Italy.
Paulman: Thanks for the recipe, made it this weekend. Instead of chicken breast, I used thighs. I used some saffron flower buds instead of the real thing. Had the color but 0 saffron smell.
