I found a couple of places they are similar.
During coiling, I stick my left arm out in both serve and forehand, show part of back to net, I felt twisted tension in my back. Later when I uncoil by open up the shoulder, the tension get released suddenly. That's my take of hitting the ball using body. I also Pronation in both cases.
I found the pro has those heavy kick in their forehand. I can find the kick in my serve, but not forehand. Just try to explore those kick in my forehand, that's where my question is coming from.
When I open up the hip and chest late in serving and snap the wrist quickly at the same time, I found more zip in my serve. Should I do the same thing in forehand?
