Default Taiji with a racket

"My only goal in this drill is: the wrist gets soft or relaxed as much as possible. the wrist only need be tight enough to hold racket and control the racket face , so there should be as little impact feel ( force against force ) as possible. this drill can last more than 5 minutes without much wrist feel for me (good or bad ). this drill helps my wrist become cotton , not steal. "
