Strength Session yesterday

Worked in the higher rep range to build up muscular endurance


Leg Press
3pps+10x15,15,15

Dumbbell Bench Presses
65x10,10,10

Back Extensions on Stability Ball
BWx15,15,15

Dumbbell Lunges (legs, glutes)
30x15,15,15

Single Arm Dumbbell Rows (upper back, biceps)
65x12,12,12

Decline Crunch
bw+10x15,15,15

Dumbbell Shoulder Presses (standing)
35x12,12,12

Hammer Curls
20x15,15,15

Leg Press calf raise
2ppsx15,15,15

Barbell Upright Rows (shoulders, trapezius)

followed by a 2mi jog

Session was great. 300 came on at the gym, and got me super pumped up lol. THIS IS SPARTA!!

My hitting parter said he'll be back today, so hopefully we can get a hit in. If we do, I'll probably shorter the workout, if not then I'm thinking of going to the track for some sprint work and bleachers..I'll keep you all posted
