Yes, from the look of your strokes and movement, I think you'd beat those two easily. With regard to my limited experience, they're not playing 3.5 tennis. They would be 3.0 (the guy in white maybe 2.5) in my league, which uses NTRP-based rating system, but is not USTA.

I would guess that your strokes and movement, and thus competitive level, would put you in a higher NTRP-based category.
