Well, I'm sorry to hear that the APD with RPM caused you some issues.
And there are a lot of people who chime in the same.

Everyone's different. I haven't had any issues. Been using this setup for 3 years. Any little twangs and such have been resolved by improving technique and maintaining good soft tissue health (its not just about being flexible!!).
