Looks like a pretty effective second, if you can place it. Nothing bad stands out with your motion, but you do tend to pull your body down right after contact. Keep moving up after contact and don't let your head/torso collapse.
It also seems flattish for a second serve, low clearance over the net. If you're looking for more spin, try to swing more up and along the baseline rather than into the court and thru the ball, keeping your chest facing the side fence longer. It will give you more net clearance and a more tricky spin for the opponent to read.
