sweetspot size is a personal preferrence thing. some guys like to know when and where they miss, where some guys dont care and just want to get the ball back over the net. The old Aerogel 4D 300 Tour had one of the sweetest sweet spots I ever hit with.
Haha yeah I have a really topspin oriented game and use most of the racket face for my forehand, so the smaller sweetspot doesn't really work for me unless its strung lower with multi or synthetic gut
