That really is a great start. You have the motion down for the most part but need work on the weight distribution. However, this could be because you're inside and not actually playing. Now, you have a good start on the weight distribution, but I felt as if you weren't transferring all your weight to your left foot as you were swinging. Remember, when you swing that racquet, you want your body weight to follow its path. When you hit a big forehand, at some point you should be totally off the ground. Basically, the only thing I see you have to work on is greater intensity because the intensity coupled with your current stroke mechanics (from what I could see didn't need too much adjustment) will give you the proper weight transfer. You really do have a good start though.
