Washington lost McMorrow and Bots and didn't have the backfill to replace them at the top. It will be a tough year for them.
I'd say Oregon is neck and neck with Stanford for the 4th best team in the conference after UCLA, USC, and Cal.
It seems like every conference has at least 1 team that is just plain bad and Arizona is that team in the Pac 12. You know they really don't care when you go to the school website and click on the stats button and it pulls up stats from the 2010-11 season as the most current. They are in the same company with Arkansas (SEC), Iowa (B1G), and Boston College (ACC). Okie State has been the weak link in the Big 12 for the last several years but they've started to turn it around since Jay Udwadia came in.
