Oregon used to be that team in the pac-12 but they are making some small strides and they look to be pretty decent this year. There isn't a verdict on Utah yet and how they fully transition.
Oklahoma State was good not very long ago. They had Nedovyesov who is now ATP top 100. Kinda odd that they have had this many down years since then.
Udwadia took over for Wadley who retired after 40 seasons running the Ok State team. Wadley had lots of success over the years. After that length of time running the same team, insert your own guess as to why they where down near the end of Wadley's tenure.
