I have been back and hitting for a while now, there is one thing that I could use a little advice on. When I get low balls and bend to get down to hit them sometimes it feels like my raquet is floppy on contact... its hard to describe. This sometimes happens on higher balls too. How could I stop this/what is the cause of this? I don't think that it is an overly loose wrist though. If you guys need more description or anything let me know.
