Hii
I just was stringing a racket when the machine stopped... When i apply tension with the tension bar, the drum or the cylinder tension doesn't turn... anyone have any idea that can happen? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPKxN4Zjq50 Thanks |

Is it still under warranty? Where did you buy it from?

something is wrong with the drum/clutch. first check for a loose bolt(s),
I imagine there is one main bolt the through drum and not much more, but have a look. call the dealer/tech and ask them. maybe it's still under warranty and a new drum is warranted. otherwise, pull it apart and cipher it out. |

it appears you have a broken spring clutch on your machine, there's a vid on utube (Tyger spring for jacking system) That should help you on how to replace this spring . a new spring costs approx. $11

If you need parts or advice try Robin at W&D. He knows these machines pretty well.
