Default Problem with Pro's Pro stringing machine

Hii

I just was stringing a racket when the machine stopped... When i apply tension with the tension bar, the drum or the cylinder tension doesn't turn...
anyone have any idea that can happen?

Is it still under warranty? Where did you buy it from?

something is wrong with the drum/clutch. first check for a loose bolt(s),
I imagine there is one main bolt the through drum and not much more, but have a look.

call the dealer/tech and ask them. maybe it's still under warranty and a new drum is warranted.

otherwise, pull it apart and cipher it out.

it appears you have a broken spring clutch on your machine, there's a vid on utube (Tyger spring for jacking system) That should help you on how to replace this spring . a new spring costs approx. $11

If you need parts or advice try Robin at W&D. He knows these machines pretty well.
