Default Eastern Forehand Essentials

Could someone plz tell me or show via pictures the proper finish for the Eastern Forehand as ive searched and searched and found so many contradictory views on this i.e Finish racket out in front, Wrap it around your shoulder, Finish over shoulder at head height etc etc.

Also i know its a big ask but could someone plz run through the sequence of timing the forehand i.e when to start backswing/foreswing etc etc, as i think im late on my forehand all the time as im taking the racket back on the upward bounce of the ball on my side of the court when im sure i should be starting it earlier than this.

Any help would be appreciated jus so i can make my forehand more consistent with plenty of practice.
