similar string to nxt tour?
Is there a string that plays like nxt tour but holds tension longer?

Try NXT OS and Babolat's Xcel...
On the cheaper side there is still Tecnifibre's MultiFeel... |

Try Tecnifibre NRG2 or Volkl Power Fibre II. Tecnifibre strings are very good at holding tension.
