Default Nike Large or Medium?

What size shirts should someone that's 5'9" and about 145 ibs wear? The sizing suggestion says that I should be wearing medium but taking into account shrinkage and that I'm still growing, would it be more worth it to buy large?

I'm 6' 148 and I wear small to medium. Small fits snug, looks a little tight. medium, sleeves are a big long. depends on the shirt for me.

I'm 5"11 and 165lbs and I'd be swimming in a Nike large. So unless you want to look like you're in the late 90's wearing your stuff oversized, I'd stick with the medium.

Medium should be fine. I am 5'8" and weight around 210, and wear L.

Maybe medium or small? Definitely not large! I'm 6' 1/2" and 182lbs and wear M in nike shirts

As others have said, S or M. Certainly not L, Nike fits boxy as hell (as do all the tennis shirts, worst offender is Fila)

definity medium or small, i think most medium shirt should be perfect, with a little space .If you want the shirt to be fit then go small.
