Default Do u know of an affordable academy that accepts adults?

Im looking for an affordable academy somewhere (warm) in the world whare i can train for a month for about 1.000usd full time. Due to my limited budget this will have to be in South america (Lima??) or Asia (Chiang mai?? Bangalore??) or south eastern europe, which suits me fine.

I want to avoid the trouple of calling tons of academies and asking if they accept adults and if they have suitable player of a good level, plus getting suggestions based on actual experience beats website discriptions.

This would be cool to do! I'm an adult as well, and I think it'd be a blast going to a tennis academy for a month! (I wonder how much better an average or 4.0 player would improve with this kind of constant training).

peoplespeace- I'll check around as well and write back if I find anything

Actually, unless u have taken charge of ur own learning and are already able to be ur own coach, the u wont learn alot from a month stay at an academy.

Let me know of u find a good place.......

Yeah that's true, I understand.

I was doing some looking last night, and the cheapest places I could find for adult programs for 1 month were around the $2000 mark. A lot of academies don't seem to have websites, according to this website (http://www.itftennis.com/shared/medi...3_original.PDF), as it just shows email/phone.. but many of the ones I have seen do have adult programs at least:

This place is in Florida and it's $550 a week, but just 3 hours a day http://www.extremetennisacademy.com/adult.html

Some other places in Florida:
http://www.goldfinetennis.com/adult-camps/
http://www.canastennisacademy.com/in...-programs.html (don't know price, but it would be sweet playing at the sony ericsson open haha).

Argentina also apparently has top tennis academies.. I'd have to contact for prices, but here are some programs for adults:

http://www.tangotennisargentina.com/...rupo=4&nota=60

It's really tough finding anything below $2500-3000 a month, but I'll keep checking. And I would assume other places in South America or Asia would be much cheaper, it just takes contacting them to find prices. And post any finds as well, cause I'd really be interested in trying something!
