Default do any guys play with the Blade 98 Pink?

I notice TW has this on sale for $99. The gold version (for guys?) is $50 more. I guess not as many women liked this racquet?

How noticeable (in-person) is this pink color? Would you, as a guy, play with this racquet?

Maybe I could buy it and spray paint it? The frame would still be the same, right?

I'm pretty sure you can have a paint job. That's what I would do if I really like this racquet

Do people pay 50 dollars more per racquet in order to play with some mustard color instead of pink(ish) ???
Really !???!?
For me it would be a no brainer...who the heck wants to pay 150 dollars more for 3 racquets...for that kind of money you can buy 2 reels of good string.

Anyone who's anyone doesn't really care what color it is, especially when there's a $50 dollar difference.

Close up its pink, from courtside outside it looks red.

I'd probably buy a pink one and a gold one so I have 2 racquets that play the same but I can easily distinguish them.

Pink is a nice color, modern looking in a frame.

I played a guy in a tournament last month who had one and it looked very deep in color. For $50 less, get the pink. It's way better than that crappy mustard gold color...

I'd say the crappy mustard gold color rocks and the pink is for chicks

I love the "crappy mustard gold", but I'd play the pink if I needed another stick. Great price on the racquet.

Yea, I play pink....

Pink items don't sell well, because most guys are homophobic. So, pink products are sooooo cheap. Past a certain age, boys become men and no longer care about how you appear to others. Problem is, for some of us, that age is 55.

All it takes is a can of spray paint, if you end up self-conscious.

Couple days a week, I play practice doubles sets, and sometimes singles sets, with a couple of NorCal girls 12 and 16's who use the gold version.
They both wear pink, say they would not be caught dead with the pink racket.
If it was me, I'd buy the pink and mask off, then spray paint the throats.

I'd get the pink given the price difference. The only thing is the pink might be harder to resell.

Default It is their problem if they can not handle PINK

Buy the Pink, use the savings for masking tape and some spray paint if you must. Leonia UFO in pink was used by a top local player in the 1980's. It wasn't cheaper, but it did irritate some guys to lose to him,as they had a problem with the color.

Yes it's actually quite easy to paint this way. Did it with an airsoft gun
