TW Playtesters...
What are the actual jobs of the TW playtesters? Are they full time TW employees or "friends of the company" who like to do the playtests and work elsewhere...?

The playtest squad is mostly made up of our web editing team and CSR staff. Part of the role of the web editing team is to test and evaluate products so playtesting for reviews fits right in with our daily duties.
